“What happens in the Eclipse…”
World-class bartenders. Masked. Dressed as much — or as little — as your night calls for.
Bartenders · Servers · Hosts
Umbraphile puts world-class bar and floor staff behind the mask and in front of your guests. Our men pour like professionals and carry themselves like the main event—because tonight, they are.
The mask is the point. It keeps every eye on the craft and the mood, and it keeps our people’s lives their own. Your guests get the mystery. You get a crew that reads the room, never misses a garnish, and leaves your bar cleaner than they found it.
Sharp service. Dark edges. A little trouble. Never sloppy.
We keep secrets for a living. Guest lists, photos, addresses, details—yours stay yours, and ours stay behind the mask. What happens in the Eclipse stays there.
Classics built right, tiki done properly, low-ABV for the long nights, and a signature menu written around your event. Our bartenders measure, shake hard, and work clean.
Passed drinks, passed bites, empty glasses gone before anyone notices. Present when you want them. Invisible when you don’t.
The first face your guests see—or most of it. Door, welcome drink, coat check, and keeping the night moving in the right direction.
Wardrobe, lighting, bar dressing, and a menu built around one idea. We take on themes we love and can execute properly. If we can’t do it right, we’ll tell you—and probably pitch something better.
Staffing guide: 4-hour minimum · 20-guest minimum · 1 bartender per 50 guests · 1 server per 25 guests · 1 barback per 75 guests recommended. Umbraphile does not sell or provide alcohol.
We consult on cocktail programs, bar design, staff training, and opening night. We take on a few projects at a time. Tell us about yours.
Every look comes with the mask. How much else stays on is up to you—within our house rules and local law.
Fully dressed
Black tailoring, crisp collars, the signature mask. Galas, corporate nights, and anyone’s mother-in-law.
Something’s slipping
Shirts open or gone. Harnesses, suspenders, black that fits too well. Classy, with a bite.
The ring of fire
Briefs, swimwear, and costumes that show plenty. Pool decks, bachelorettes, birthdays that need a story.
Nothing left to eclipse
Jockstraps. Aprons and not much else. Tell us about your night, and once we’ve confirmed it’s a fit and your venue allows it, it’s yours.
The mask matches the night. Venetian masquerade for the gala. Skull half-masks for Hallows’ Eve. Antlered masquerade masks for the winter holidays. Matte black for everything in between. Every theme comes with its own.
Our team wears its tattoos and piercings proudly. If ink matters for your event, either way, tell us—we’ll talk.
From the classics to the deeply unconventional. Every theme comes with wardrobe, masks, and a menu to match.
Our natural habitat. Everyone’s masked; only some of you are dressed.
Bow ties, cufflinks, and nothing else stays buttoned.
Columns, laurels, and unfiltered indulgence.
Rum, plunder, and trouble worth getting into.
Comics, gaming, anime. We match your fandom.
Neon, chrome, and a menu from a little further on.
Dark, theatrical, and dangerously fun. Our favourite night of the year.
Warm glow, cold glass, very little wrapping.
Whiskey forward, green accents, no shortage of charm.
Rooftops, pool decks, sun-drenched trouble.
If it moves us and we’re equipped to do it right, we’ll build it. If not, we’ll say so—and suggest something better.
Themed bar setups that anchor the room.
Our signature. Matte black, low light, unmistakable.
Polished black, brass, and quiet confidence.
Chrome and soft light, with a hopeful edge.
Rope, brass, and weathered wood. Maritime craft.
Regal, bold, built to command the room.
Neon-lit and dialled in for what comes next.
Theatrical, eerie, built for the season.
Warm woods, soft glow, festive cocktails.
Emerald accents, whiskey forward.
Bright, breezy, made for the rooftop or pool deck.
No judgment. Just exceptional service.
