Fundraisers and Galas, Behind the Mask
Your donors have been to a hundred galas. They haven’t been to this one. Black tailoring, Venetian masks, and a bar that gets people talking before the first paddle goes up.
Staffing the room
Plan on 1 bartender per 50 guests and 1 server per 25, with hosts on the door for events of 50 or more. Guests are welcomed, glasses are cleared, and the room keeps moving on schedule.
Keeping it elegant
Penumbra is fully dressed and suits any ballroom. Add the Masquerade theme for a Venetian mask at every station, or Obsidian for polished black and brass.
